Founded twenty years ago, Arcaplanet has experienced rapid and significant growth in both size and revenue, along with its workforce. The stores vary in size and communication format, ranging from a minimum of 150 square meters to over 1,000 square meters in large formats.

Arcaplanet was born from the founders' great passion for animals, united by a shared hobby of dog breeding. This passion led to the entrepreneurial initiative that made the company the first fully-owned Italian chain of pet supermarkets. In 2000, Arcaplanet already had 6 stores, a small but rapidly expanding network. To support this growth, the company needed to independently manage a large logistics warehouse to ensure direct supply to its stores.
