BYMA is a joint-venture between Bouygues Batiment International and SPA Project Management, combining the expertise of Bouygues Construction and the local knowledge of Yoma Strategic Holdings to focus on the Myanmar market. In April 2013, BYMA was awarded the design and build contract for the 2nd phase of Star City (Zone B) by Thanlin Estate Development. This phase includes 4,980 apartments, car parks, and communal facilities.
