Civil Court Users Association (CCUA)

Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1988, dedicated to enhancing court services for its members and all court users. It acts as the recognized litigation spokesman for the creditor sector, providing an advance warning system of changes and protecting the interests of its members, who represent 85% of all claims through the county courts. The Association is involved across the litigation spectrum, including consumer and commercial, High Court and County Court, judgment enforcement, and insolvency. It maintains a liaison with the Ministry of Justice and Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service to promote better court services.

CCUA aims to increase the range of proactive radar for its members, ensuring they are well-informed about changes in the legal landscape.
